So how long do we wait to give Gibbs credit about offense?

ETA: serious question.

I'm cautiously optimistic. Really want to see how they hit against conference and some of the stronger OOC teams.

So far it's been great.

7 HRs already this season

Shocking, would not have guessed that. Maybe 1-2 at the most.

Slaughter, Smith, Adams have helped.

I know it's early, but I'm not sure I have seen this much consistency and power in the lineup since 09.

We all know how that ended. Maybe bregs freshman year with Raph and Katz.

We would legit have like 14 homeruns if we had the old bats

Not to mention Deichmann sac line fly that could have been a double, kramer smoking it for a double play in the first

there haven't been many bad outs at all, it's really fun to see so much consistently good contact

How is it that UNO has a nice looking padded batters eye wall and LSU is still rocking trash bags?

Agreed, I feel last year it took time for the bats to warm up when we opened up the season. If the team builds on what they're doing right now this will be an exciting offense to watch.
