Schimpf had a pretty bad day in the field yesterday, but the whole team wasn't great. Too many guys' bats aren't coming around like I thought they would, namely Micah Gibbs. Dude was hitting well in the summer and it just didn't follow him back to Baton Rouge.

Pretty much the bullpen and guys like Gibbs(used to be Dean) not hitting has been the achilles hill of the team so far. If we turned that shite around, we would be lethal.

Don't think its wrong to be frustrated at a team that loses to Nichols once and Tennessee twice (very possible) in one week. LSU has too much talent to be playing like this. This should certainly be a huge huge wake up. Tennessee is a below average team.
