It really doesn't matter exactly what time it was delayed because the 30 minute clock restarts after every lightning strike that is within so many miles of the stadium.

That rule has been around for many years even when I played. But the SEC plays around with Sundays so who knows what they rule? Now we know. Thanks smoke.

Not really. Teams have to be ready to play Wednesday in the SEC Tournament. Gives the teams time to rest.
