I don't know if anyone else was paying attention, but two LSU batters hit DP grounders in that inning alone. Looks like a hit & run is the correct call as long as your hitter can actually make contact.

Considering Reid is leading the team in GIDP, it wasn't a terrible call. Still though, 0-2 on the night, so it may be time to give it up.
