I don't think he's regressed but I definitely didn't see any marked improvement. J Lee definitely outshined him, IMO.
If you had never seen either one play before today and didn't know past history, you would pick J Lee as your starter.

ott may not be getting save situations.. but he's definitely taking advantage improving his ERA.
