Has there been a CT sighting tonight?

CT was here earlier, the first one to reply to G's first post, in fact.

Ranaudo struggled in the first and looked pretty good in innings 2-4, but couldn't make it out of the 5th. Bertuccini has come in and done very well.

Gibbs up, 1 out...

Foul, 0-1...
Outside, 1-1...
Foul, 1-2...
Low and outside, 2-2...
Visit to the mound...
Foul, 2-2...
Strikeout swinging, 2 outs...

Bert doesn't have the endurance. Fact.

We're looking good so far for the 6 game SEC winning streak I need.

If anything, you'd bring Bert in after Matulis or Ross, he's a good change of pace from a starter, dude can throw a curveball and not much else, when hitters catch on to it, it isn't pretty, thankfully that hasn't happened much lately

Anyone know why we get so many Arkansas baseball games on Cox TV ? could be worse but I'd rather my Tigers

It's not really about endurance, it's about having one pitch and throwing it over and over again multiple times through a lineup.

he's always had that same loopy curveball, but he's been able to place it so much better this year than ever before

doesn't change the fact that it won't fool anyone the third time through the lineup

i think bert could go 4 innings personally, and if we could have a solid 4 inning start from anyone, we'd be doing better than we've been doing the past month
