Same. If Bianco picks up anywhere close to where he left off last season , he will be huge. He always seemed to give us a spark when we needed it in the post season.

Some players are just better when you turn the lights on for real
You have to evaluate your team and try and create game like scenarios
let's get the entire team in the dugout and play real games and players like crews are gonna rise to the occasion
