Looks like North Carolina cleaned up too, but we know they fizzle when getting to Omaha.

I hear the checcini kid will start as a Tfrosh...i hear he's that good from my coaching buddies there...

Yea, but just like I posted in another thread, how effective can this guy be as a two sport star? Will be tough to play the two most demanding positions in his chosen sports.

Man, Coach doesn't mess around with size, especially at short. DJ was like 6-3 or 6-4, Nola's got to be be around 6-0, and now these 3 guys. Hopefully we can get them on campus.
Thanks for the post

The blown-out knee his Senior Year may sway teams not to draft him so high.

Im hearing that if he is picked in the top 5 rounds of the MLB draft he is going to sign.

Unfortunately as last year showed draft position doesn't appear to matter much anymore either. I think we should be down to hoping that our top prospects are drafted by cheap teams.

Not really knowing much on this subject, but I would venture to guess that all of those guys don't make it to campus.
Top 100 guys listed....
32 teams x 5 rounds=160 players
So I'd assume most of them would be taken early.

Wasn't DeSheilds a player for the Dodgers for a while??? Name sounds familiar.
FWIW, I don't see most of these guys showing up. Espicially the Barbe kid. He's still projected pretty high. Zach Lee doesn't look like he's coming either.

judging by the previous comment, we should take what you say with a grain of salt
