I'm a huge CPM fan, but missing the SEC tourney would be EXTREMELY inexcusable. If that's the tourney you were speaking of. Even the NCAA would be inexcusable.

Never been a big Joey B fan... Nothing against the guy. Just never understood why we brought him in with such mediocre stats.

no. NCAA tournament is NECESSARY for him IMO. You think UK would keep their basketball coach after missing the NCAA tournament 3 out of 6 years?

eta: they fired Tubby Smith after:

he's terrible. what does he have? a flat 86mph fastball as his go to pitch?

he isnt an SEC caliber pitcher and shouldnt be on the roster. it's baffling

Absolutely not. I just didn't know which tourney you were speaking of. Both are inexcusable. But even a stark supporter of CPM like myself would be calling for his head if we missed the SEC tourney again.

There is a lot of anger in here. LSU has a very good baseball team, yal needs to chill the frick out.

I actualy found he was a good 3 inning pitcher 2 seasons ago. But would fall apart after that. I expected him to do good out of the pen.

I'm not sure why they kept Joey, I thought at least he had a good 91 mph fastball, is he not even throwing that anymore?

I can understand some of the fanbase's frustration. hopefully this is just a poor weekend and not a sign of what is to come. missing the tournament this year would be inexcusable and maybe a change would be needed. but this season needs to be played before.

This is nothing new. If the Tigers get a timely hits last year against UF last year, they sweep.

I don't want to be a negative douche like the last two baseball seasons so I'm gonna leave the thread before I freak out. Hopefully the tigers will come out of the slump.

Well coach did say that AS is a formidable team. So I guess we shouldn't really be surprised at whats happening.
