can't you read? it's a shitty country song. it has nothing to do with LSU other than the word Louisiana and saying the name of a city that a girl from a one night stand happens to have fricked the trucker. therefore, we can literally replace it with any song that also happens to contain the words "Louisiana" or "Baton Rouge".
additionally, since apparently, we're doing it to pump up the crowd. we can actually open this to a much wider swath of crowd pumping music. or LSU relevant fight songs. or actual louisiana songs.
instead of this backwoods, fake folksy bullshite from 1996 that's trotted out as tradition.
