I think there is no doubt the fans will be fired up and alot of emotion in the stadium.
Maybe to begin with, but since it's during the day it won't be so much and it'll be as quiet as church after Bama returns the first pick 6 and then stops us again and crams it down our throats. It'll be real quiet and comfortable for Bama at that point.

Nah, it could still very well be a blow out by a much better coached and disciplined Alabama team. I don't like our chances of even keeping it close.

I disagree. "If" BAMA wins this game it will be much like the Tennessee game. If Sabans sees that he has this game under control he will run the football and abandon the pass. If it were to start to get out of control, and I daon't think it will, Saban would pull the starters. I have watched almost every press conference Saban has had since he has been at BAMA and one think is for certain. He has a lot of respect for LSU and he still has many friends from the LSU program and in the state of La. Saban would not do what Urban Meyer did to LSU. Just my opinion.

How many of the LSU players even played for Saban? I don't see the players having that much hatred for Saban. I don't understand why some LSU fans hate him so much. All he did was start what we are enjoying right now. He decided to move on to what he thought was greener pastures and he made a mistake. I don't hate, I appreciate what he started. I also like our current HC a lot.

I agree with the rammer jammer cheer causing trouble.

Saban strikes a bad nerve around here. It may even be getting worse with his forays into LSU commitments' homes. Anywhere, ANYWHERE but Bama would've been okay with us eventually I think.

One thing Nick should realize is that he will NEVER be considered the best coach in Bama's history, whereas here he was already beloved as such...as long as he didn't leave and surface at a bitter rival as their coach.
Emotions will be very very high, and many LSU fans will be awaiting the usual bad officiating in Bama's favor that is inevitable, and almost riot. Seriously, I think if Bama wins and starts that cheer (most classless in the SEC inho), I wouldn't be surprised if there is real problem.

Yea - I must admit I love that chant! Unless our idiot fans sing it after a weak/slim win of say Kentucky or Ole Miss. Can't really say you beat the hell outta someone when you barely win (and could've lost).

I hope that I get to sing Rammer Jammer after LSU vs. Bama. Make no doubt about it though - it will be quiet and most likely under my breath. I don't believe I'd win in a fight vs 30 people. Although, I've mainly had good experience with LSU fans - minus a few punks that you get from any college school.

Most of the fans that travel to the other school for a game are pretty classy people for the most part.

Pretty classy, I don't know about non-students, but the students that attend away games are the biggest a-holes towards the opponent i've ever seen, i'm proud to be a part of 'em. I mean only the cream of the a-hole crop attends away games.

I was wondering the same thing Coast. How many players on LSU's football team actually CAME to LSU when Saban was still there? I know he obviously had some interaction with a lot of them while they were juniors, but surely most of them gave their commitment to Miles. The only one I know of for sure is Kirston Pittman. Does anyone know the numbers?

No way does Bama beat LSU the way UF did. Bama is not as good as UF. LSU will match up better. Saban will not run up the score on LSU b/c he CAN'T. He squeaked by crappy Tulane, Kentucky, and Ole Miss.

Again, I have to agree with BamaScoop. Miles staff will get OUTCOACHED BY $aban and his staff.

Gotta agree on the "we just beat the hell outta you" cheer. You start that crap after this game in a Tiger Stadium full of liquored-up, pissed-off coonasses and you're just asking for trouble. Never liked that shite anyway.

As far as player emotion, the fans are WAY more tuned up for this game than the players, I'm sure. Not that they don't want to win it just as bad as the fanbase, but for different reasons. I'm sure there isn't near the animosity (if any) for Saban. Shuld be a very interesting game. The Tulane game should do little to mark any improvement by LSU so the next measuring stick will be..........

It will be a close game (maybe) and "IF" BAMA does win we will not sing Rammer Jammer because Saban will tell them not to.They will kind of know better to play it at a hostile enviroment. Most of the jerkga fans and vile fans were gone by the 4th quarter and didn't want to hear it plus they couldn't do anything about it anyway

If Bama kicks LSU's arse (very weak if there), Rammer Jammer won't be much more than a mosquito bite by that point.

Although I'm sure some conehead would feel obliged to live up to his title and do something unclassy like throw a drink or something towards the band.

It will be a close game

The only way this is going to be close is if we can score 52 points...because it looks like Bama is going to score at least as much as UGA did. I hope I'm wrong, but I never thought we would score 38 points against UGA and be looking at a loss. I thought this game was going to be close because of both of our defenses...now the only way this is close is if your defense falls apart. I kind of feel like an Auburn fan today for some reason...

Bama will throw crossing routes all daaaaaay long just underneath the lb's. JPW is an experienced qb and this will be Bama's bread and butter. With that said I hope LSU wins!!!!!!!!
Beat Saban!!!
