I really don't think it would be a good move for LSU to pick up Golson, but at the same time.......

It would be fun to take him just to screw with the little dwarf and his inbred redneck cult following.

Latest I read is that Saban now wants him and that the SEC will give BAMA a waiver....

But if the Noles get him, so be it!

Bringing in a one and done guy at QB could screw with team chemistry something awful.

Of course the SEC would give Bama a waiver. Rules are meant to be strictly followed, unless it's Bama, then Roll Tide...

Don't care.

Let them have him with all his fumble issues. Will it be Jake Coker or Everett Golson? Tune in next time to find out.

I'm so done with hearing about this kid.

Really asking, isn't Slive stepping down from his position? I read that somewhere but don't believe everything you read.

If they turn it in before June, Slive makes the call...right before he walks out the door.

I don't want Golson, I'm not sure he's better than what we already have

Tell me why it wouldn't be a good move? Tell me?

Sometimes I think this board has gone bananas. They want destroyed arm Miller, who has never been anywhere near a developed passer against much weaker defenses. A dual threat that most seem to hate on this board, or "square peg" as they would say, but not a guy who was not only a pro style QB out of high school, but graduated Notre Dame in only 3 years, and played in a heavy pass offense last year.

Nobody even said he'd be given the start, but people automatically don't want him here when they basically say everyday just how f**ked we are at the QB position???

I'll never understand some of y'all, I just never will.

I'm starting to want any QB Bama wants. I didn't think Sims would be good, but he caught on. I'm tired of our QB dilemma, and Miles said the same bologna about Jefferson improving every year too.

All this means, if true, is that Savior Coker isn't doing too well

He (IMO) doesn't have the ceiling of Harris, so one possible negative is that you'd have one more guy taking up reps that could otherwise be spent on getting Harris prepped. Going all in on BH and getting him ready to play should be the priority.

We have had enough problems as it is getting a QB ready to play with years of development time, so forgive me for not thinking Golson parachuting in and learning the offense in five weeks is the cure for what ails us.

It could work out swimmingly, sure. Not ruling out the possibility that Golson could show up and seamlessly integrate into the offense and lead the team to greatness, but I'm maintaining my skepticism. I just think we are pot committed at this point with the QBs we do have, for better or worse.

Harris will have been learning under Cam for two springs, two summers and two fall camps by the time we kickoff in September.

Just my personal preference, but I would like to cash in on that time investment sooner rather than later and see how good Harris can be.

Brother lighten up!

I merely said that I thought that it would be fun to screw Saban over!

I also said I don't think Golson's a good fit for our team.
