Not 100% sure about Faulk as a coach, but we definitely need him as part of our football program in some capacity.

Most of the people on here have no idea what a good or bad coach is… Ohio state is a great brand in a somewhat easier league… mostly still using Urban Meyer concepts.

I would hope that whoever is hired as the new head football coach will closely evaluate the assistants.
I have heard of previous instances where the new head football coach keeps an assistant or two.
