You obviously have never played baseball. It's a unique sport....highs and lows.

Last year we lost to ULL and Nichols State...we won the CWS.

Two years ago, everyone said we sucked then we won like 23 straight and made the CWS and even won a game in it.

I'll take this LSU team over any other.....with the best coach in the country.

Go take your meds or go kill yourself.

I'll take an "average" 22-3 team any day. they have not played well and have not even come close to playing their best baseball yet still have compiled that record....oh and their best pitcher has yet to really factor into the season. ill agree i dont think this team is as good as last years but they are far better than average.

Look man...it is baseball. It is not football where the strongest team wins 90 percent of the time nor is it basketball. Georgia got hot today and built momentum throughout the game. The New York Yankees still lose 50 games every year. When we win tomorrow, LSU will take the series for the 16th time out of the past 17 series. Not bad.

Even if LSU struggles tomorrow and loses, we still are on pace for two out of three SEC wins to losses. A potential 6-3 record (assuming we lose tomorrow) would still be on pace to win the conference. I think personally, LSU will rebound tomorrow and win the series. Any team can lose on any given day. consistency is what builds winners. 7-2 in the conference is going to look good tomorrow afternoon. Geaux Tigers.

I think this team is missing freshman stepping up and performing like we had last year. Without Hanover, Mahtook, Nola, and Ott...we dont win the NC.

I dont see any freshman really stepping up...not hitting wise at least. Rittiner has been fairly good...but I need to see him in some more big SEC series to know for sure.

I would love to see a Didier, Delatte, Katz, Edward, Fury, Reed, Rittiner, Lasuzzo, Garrett, or Cotton show something.

Rittiner may end up playing an important role and has performed well...but the rest of the above have shown nothing if very little.

Good thing our class next year is incredible...as long as a bunch of them make it to campus..

And our lack of a #2 starter will be our demise. Ross tries but he is not a front line starter.

Our best pitcher got hurt this year and hasn't pitched more than 50 pitches in a game in the SEC. That has affected our entire pitching staff, for the negative currently. But, these young guys getting experience while Renaudo is still recovering will help this team greatly in the post season.

we have 4 losses

and our offense has no spot for a FR to step up really, outside of 3B. and the options are limited there.

you're right. LSU baseball should just quit now. No reason for our "average" team to take the field. Give up and maybe give it a try next year...

Im not complaining about the team or saying its average. I think this team, WITH Watkins...can go a long way. I was just making a pt. Everyone we try out there at 3rd (freshman for the most part) Has not stepped up. This team is very very thin...and some of these guys ARE gonna have to step up for big time success...that includes pitchers. Im waiting for 1 or 2 of the freshman to show something...but its a long season.

I prob should have posted my other comments in another thread...cause i dont agree with the OP.

You're really a sorry fricker. Again you can't make a point and prove you know nothing about baseball.
