That plays to our advantage.

The crowd wont sustain through 90 deg

This. Both teams have practiced all summer outside, they will be fine. The crowd will be gone at halftime. No reason to sweat that bad and watch you team getting skull fricked

Less cloudy days makes texas feel hotter. It's not as humid but when there are no clouds it gets close to humid louisiana heat

You can sell that to people that haven’t lived there.

It’s suppose to be mid to upper 90s here all week. So what’s the difference?

Tropical system in the gulf could spread rain into S/Central Texas by the weekend.

Uhhh, your perception is off. I can't imagine hotter than florida. Heat index has been 115 many times so far. Damp heat, and lots of it. Not a chance that Austin is worse than pcola. Otherwise our players need prayer.

LSU is loaded with players with NFL physique, depth and have been training in south Louisiana. And they play fricking physical!! I like our odds.

Its worse. I am from Austin. Lived in Pensacola for a year and am in Jacksonville FL now. All three are pretty rough when its hot. But, a early September evening at 98 is fricking terrible in that stadium. Holy shite, upper deck, lower deck, in the shade, I don't care. It is terrible.

Austin is much more arid/dry than BR. That 98 is not quite as nasty as it sounds.

I sat outside watching my HSer practice for 2.5hrs yesterday in 98-100 degree. Wind kicked up a bit and it wasn’t crazy. No sweat either.....

It's not as bad if there is a breeze. I have worked all over texas on oil rigs in all the weather it could throw at me and I35 is kind of a break over point from dry and humid. It can be bad but usually not. But it's nothing our boys never felt before. shite how many players we have from texas anyway?
