Its worse. I am from Austin. Lived in Pensacola for a year and am in Jacksonville FL now. All three are pretty rough when its hot. But, a early September evening at 98 is fricking terrible in that stadium. Holy shite, upper deck, lower deck, in the shade, I don't care. It is terrible....
