Depends if they know who Steve Ensminger is and that’s he’s gonna be calling plays for us next year!

Not surprising. LSU has a brutal schedule, new qb, no proven receivers, and if guice doesn't stay an unproven rb. The defense should be solid, but gigantic question marks on offense.

Brutal schedule, Coaching question marks and no more gamechanger at RB or Receiver. Plus new starting QB.

We could very easily lose 5 games. EASILY

Too high, we do not have a stud rb or an experienced qb.

Agree. New QB, new RBs, and lack of significant WR depth/experience and we may struggle to score points. The defense should be very good, but as is our history under Miles the defense will get worn down late in close games putting the outcome at risk.

How is that low? We were mediocre this year and are losing our entire starting backfield, top two WRs, best pass rusher, 3 DL, 3/4 Lbers, 2 out of top 3 CBs, and replacing most of them with freshmen, sophomores or unknowns.

LSU should be in the lower 20's at best. This team will not be better next year given the fact they are breaking in basically a nearly raw QB with no dynamic back to lean on whatsoever.

On top of that, A&M, UF, Auburn, Arkansas, are all likely to be significantly better next year.

I don't even think LSU is a top 25 team at this point. Questions will remain at OC regardless if Canada leaves or not. If he stays question will remain about how much Shrimp Boat is meddling in the offense. ( at least until the first few games and we can see what goes on ) If Canada does leave then the new guy will have to prove himself. Then we get to the actually nuts and bolts. Who will be the QB and how will he develop within the offense. WHo will be the RB? We go into 2018 basically starting from scratch on offense everywhere except the OL. I would say having us 19 preseason with so many questions is being vary considerate.

After reading this board yesterday I figured they'd pick us dead last in the SEC West and maybe 114 in the nation ahead of Utah Valley or Agnes Scott.

I'm thinking 5 or 6 losses next season.

How is that low? We lost 4 games in 2017 and have a lot of new faces on offense.

The divided nature of this fan base.

My original response to this thread was “8 wins is the ceiling with that schedule.” Didn’t bash anyone just have an opinion based upon a quick review of schedule and factoring in a few things.

The votes I received - 9 up......wait for it....9 down.

I doubt there’s a more divided fan base than LSU. It’s exasperating.

That's crazy low for a team with a $2.5 million DC.
