I really love the one where IN 2013 ed orgeron was already getting his staff in place at lsu.
Definitely a personal favorite. That and madking saying the 2011 schedule was weak. It's all just too much
O just strikes me as a slimy guy. Every job is the "Dream Job," and all that BS, Hiring Fat Goebbels and Tiger Ree, etc. O feels like a good ole boy LA politician more than a football coach.
There's obviously no proof, but it wouldn't surprise me that political shenanigans were part of the 2015-17 Ogeron run in ousting Miles and actually getting the job. O didn't get the job on merit, it had to be something else.

You're putting words in his mouth now!!! He will now call you idiotic, an embarrassment, say you've put your foot in your mouth and claim you enjoy sucking tranny dicks.

Ill take a stab at your questions.
We shouldn't have hired CEO
Why not?
Because he is a 55 year old career position coach that has never run a successful offense, defense,or program. We would be destroying another sec program if they had hired our dline coach as their HC. We gave auburn shite for hiring our DC to be their DC.
So you're saying we shouldn't have let Miles go?
I havent seen anyone say this.miles needed to go
So you're saying we should have only hired those with pristine resumes?
No I'm saying we shouldnt have hired a 55 year old career position coach that has never run a successful offense, defense,or program.
So who were these better options?
Literally any coordinator that has proven they can run a successful side of the ball.
Literally any head coach that has proven they can win 8 or 9 games in a p5 conf.
Ed Orgeron doesnt even have the 2nd best resume on his own current staff.
So LSU admin failed at performing a qualified search?
Yes our AD is a clown.
So LSU should have offered Tom Herman more?
Either that or hired someone that has proven they can run a successful side of the ball or a successful program. I don't know if you kmow or not but the guy we hired has never in 32 years of coaching proven he can run a successful offense, defense,or program.
Well, what about having a good resume running a P5 program
I'll take a good offensive coordinator over a 55 year old career position coach that has never run a successful offense, defense,or program.
You may not kmow that the guy we hired has proven he can do that.
Well, he didn't exactly dominate his conference and had a couple poor showings offensiely at Houston?
His resume absolutely shits on ed Orgeron's resume. Have i mentioned that Ed Orgeron is a 55 year old career position coach that has never run a successful offense, defense,or program?
So we need a better recruiter than Herman?
We just fired a great motivator and great recruiter and hired a great motivator and great recruiter.
So you're saying we shoulda kept Miles?
Literally no one is saying this. We are saying that we just fired a great motivator and great recruiter and hired a great motivator and great recruiter thats a 55 year old career dline coach that has never run a successful offense, defense,or program.
Literally any successful coordinator or semi successful head coach woukd be been better. There are literally dozens of coordinators woth far better resumes than Ed Orgeron's resume.

What did he do his 1st year and why don't you mention it?
Hypothetical question for you here:
"You have a coach who has coached 6 years. His first three years he went 13-1, 14-2, 13-1.
His last three he wound up in 4th, 5th and then 6th in his conference. This was in spite of the fact that the recruiting exploded after his first year only losing 1 game.
Do you hire the sixth place finishing coach that was voted "worst in the conference" considering he had the most talent?
Kissing-Bandit doesn't have long enough tenure to pay the money the idiot wanted. But, it is easy to see that he was getting worse and not better the more the team became his.
Call him, I'm sure he would love to hook-up.

So they believed? They hired a guy on a belief and I should read between the lines? How about what if he didn't retain him. He was already the HC by that time. How fricking stupid. You wasted my time.

Orgeron’s future staff — specifically his coordinators — was integral to his hiring as the Tigers' full-time coach.
This says all you need to know. You need to know how the press works, they are trying to stay as neutral as possible. But it's very probable, like H-Town said "unofficial", that retaining Aranda was a requirement.
O was not allowed to hire is own DC, let that sink in. That's what that statement says.

Ok rick.... you have zero clue how much influence he had at either USC OR LSU on how the offense or defense was run.....
You have zero facts to prove this....
Were you at every practice???? Were you in the press box or on the sidelines???????
Did you SEE him say I can't do this s to his coordinators?????
Again you want to bash what he did at Ole Miss... go ahead... he sucked there.....
But have you ever tried something and weren't good at it the first time but finally figured it out?????

Are you a 12 year old girl? I've never seen a male beg for attention this much. You're even reposting shite that got you exposed to get a response from anyone. You are lying about me saying 2011 was a weak schedule and anyone who's read the thread can see the actual post. You're so pathetic. Rick pet him or tell him he's a good boy or something so he'll shut up and go back to down voting all the bad ppl who were mean to him lol.

frick yes. You bag on miles for not getting any HC offers. Ed Orgeron has never gotten a coordinator offer.
You keep acting like I'm touting Herman. I'm just pointing out how stupid your stance is. Dismissing Miles 1st 3 years and dismissing Herman's 1st year and then touting an interim tenure is by far one of the dumbest stances I've ever seen one here.

What metric are you using to determine Houston had the most talented team in the conference?
The 24/7 team talent rankings based on what each team had signed and had on their roster. Look it up, it's not pretty for Tom Herman so you may not want to look it up.

Yeah, so let's be little bitches and talk about him in a thread instead of talking to him. I understand. When all of your arguments fail and you know it, talk to another poster who's also getting bitch-slapped.

Has Ed orgeron ever been a coordinator?
In 32 years no one thought enough of his defensive game planning to make him a coordinator. It's glorious watching people like you blast miles for not getting any offers after being out of work for 9 months and then act like no one offering ed orgeron a defensive coordinator position in 32 years is meaningless.
You've been exposed as a biased idiot.

It's really simple when you look at the Aranda/Canada issue, which is touted as an "O positive."
Do they realize that a top tier school does not hire a coach to hire specific, or certain kinds, of assistants? You hire a head coach to implement a plan and a vision, with whatever assistants he deems necessary.
The fact that "coordinators were integral" in the Ogeron hire tells you how little faith administration has in Ed running a successful program. It's a massive tell to how they are trying to cover up a bad hiring process resulting in the abomination that is Ed Ogeron as a head coach of a Top 20 Program (Should be Top 5, but it's been awhile).
O's lack of vision is my biggest problem, and I can't believe some people don't see the issue with having no central idea for how the team approaches the game.

bullshite.
Do you really believe ed orgeron' s resume is anywhere near Tom herman's resume?
The only time Ed Orgeron has been allowed to Coach more than 8 games in a row it culminated in the worst tenure ever at a program full of shitty tenures. That's what your touting over one of the most coveted coaches in cfb this past offseason.
