Prepare to read a book, because he can't give a simple answer. He's got to go round and round in circles to try and confuse you, but really he's just eaten up the media circus orchestrated by Fat Goebbels
Best guess for cliff notes: interim record is relevant, Ole Miss record is irrelevant, Tom Herman is gay, something, something, Austin Thomas.

I love how now Jabar is the scapegoat on this.
Jabbar Juluke was the position coach for Derius Guice who went the wrong way on the last play of the Florida game. He was the position coach who was recruiting that position for last years signing class. He lost out on every top rated RB who at one time or another had stated LSU was in the lead for their signature except one who may have been committed before he even got here. Are you even an LSU fan???

In regards to Aranda: What else was Coach O supposed to do? Fire him??
Do you think if Jimbo was hired he would have retained him as opposed to bringing his own staff? Did Herman not bring his entire high-school level staff with him to Texas? Do you think Coach Aranda could not have found another job other than LSU if he was not happy with Coach O being his boss? It's not like they could tell the DC what he had to do and he had to do it.

Mickey Joseph: We are getting out recruited in New Orleans by Kansas right now.
Right now? Really? Care to embellish?

Please explain to me how the "culture" is changing and for the better?
Coach O has changed practices during the season to reduce fatigue on the team that was evident under the former regime. More meetings less senseless physical exertion.
Coach O has welcomed former players back to be around the program. Even has them lead the team on the Tiger Walk pre-game.
Has hired an offensive coordinator that is not a 3 yards and a ton of dust before punting type coach.
To name a few. Again, are you even and LSU fan? I thought everyone knew this crap.

Explain it to me like I am a 5 year old.
I tried and I am around kids younger than five, but I'm afraid you still may not understand what I just typed. If you have questions or are totally lost on some of the stuff above, let me know and I will try again.

This is utter and total bullshite.

Robinson is ok, not terrible but not OMG awesome either
You don't follow recruiting and haven't seen the multiple RB's that have committed to LSU last week? It will also help that he is originally from Alabama. You didn't see where the NCAA determined that Coach O could not speak at a community event in Alabama? Tommie's brother-in-law who is a well-known figurehead in the community is the one who invited O to speak. Booger McFarland (former D-line at LSU in case you didn't know) was the keynote speaker instead.
Report: NCAA prevents Ed Orgeron from speaking at mayor’s event in Alabama
Yeah, just okay to hire the #1 recruiter in the nation from last year who has ties to Alabama.
Glad you are so happy about all the improvements Coach O has made. Your enthusiasm floored me as I thought you hated Coach O. Ha Ha
Damn that Cajun SOB for trying to improve the LSU football program, huh? The peckerwood.
Sorry I forced you to something you hated and trying to get a positive comment from you. I know it must have been horrible. But you did okay, no one can ever say you agree with anything O has done based on your post. Congrats !!!

You chicks are so funny. shite like this is what makes this site so entertaining. No comeback, no debate, no nothing?
Just your valley girl sleepover chatter?
"Barf me out, that dude has good points that I can't answer, let's try to make fun of him".
“Gag me with a spoon” man what can we do to counter all his great points?
It's “Bogus” that Coach O can make all of these improvements and this guy is touting them and we have to counter it by taking it to the personal level because that's all we have left.
"As if" "Whatever" "Totally" kicking our arse in debate but we can get a little enjoyment from dissing the man".

You spying me boy? I don't remember you ever being in a conversation where I talked about Austin Thomas. Thanks for the attention and remembering what I post about. It really is appreciated !!!

I love the imagination of what happened during the huge lmfao. We nearly lost Arranda to Texas because of Allevas stupidity now they're saying there was a stipulation that he had to stay for O to get the job lmfao. Totally clueless made up nonsense from ppl who have no idea what goes on. These morons have constantly accused others of getting their info from shock jocks when that's exactly where they get theirs lmfao. Oh btw Bengal info means information I know you can't comprehend abbreviations no matter how easy it is.

Well shite...I didn't know that. I mean that is pure freaking genius. He is going to be the next Paul "Bear" Freaking Bryant! I can't wait to see Cecil the Diesel leading the team down the hill this year. I can't see anyone beating us. We may score 80 on Southern Miss this year. I am all in now!! You were right I was wrong. One Team One Heartbeat!!!

How could anyone forget your absolutely absurd comments about O planting Thomas at LSU two years before he was hired?

That was all assumption because he and Herman know each other. But don't tell your buddy Ree this, he will turn on you.

No it wasn't, the week of the Florida game Arrandas ppl came to BR to meet with him and Alleva tried to stop the meeting and told Arranda he couldn't have it. Needless to say Arranda wasn't happy about it and almost bolted.

You are the idiot that had no clue and asked for the information and said you were a five year old so explain so your idiot arse could understand. Now you seem to be agitated I did what you asked. What an arse.
By the way, you can search google for the same terminology I posted on my first post and their are multiple articles on the culture changes Coach O has instituted at both USC and LSU. They may not be on the five year old level you need to understand but I will help you with any questions you may have about what you are attempting to read in the articles. Just ask

I certainly haven't. I can explain again.
But, why don't you tell me your great assumption on how an administrative assistant went from working with O at Tennessee, to working with O at USC, to working with O at LSU.
I can't wait to find out how an administrative (behind the scenes) guy has worked at three different places with the same boss with absolutely no input what-so-ever from said boss.
This will be good if you respond !!! I'm getting excited already waiting for your answer.

You sure do like to jump to conclusions and put words in people's mouth, but it is my fault I should know with people like you and Ree I have to expressly spell out everything and can't just assume you will/can follow along.
I said keeping Aranda was an informal condition for O getting the job. Informal means not official so, no I'm not saying Alleva or anyone mandated it. The entire interim period the O backers routinely said that he'd keep Aranda and bring in Kiffin and let them coach and just have O be the CEO. If you deny that O hiring top flight coordinators including keeping Aranda wasn't one of the primary selling points for him then it is you who is being dishonest.
Aranda was hired by Miles, they gave him an extension and a big pay raise. O doesn't get bonus points for that, if he hadn't kept Aranda there'd be a lot more people upset with the hire.

You're acting like he's a secretary or paper pusher. He's not. He's a well known commodity in college football. And he was at TN before O was there. He was at LSU two years before O was hired here, yet you still believe that he came here to work with O. I'm sorry you can't see how retarded you look when you say this.

I actually agree with what you said. Just because two people know each other doesn't mean they like each other. Herman brought his entire high-school staff except the OC with him to UT.
If he made a run for Aranda (he's an idiot if he didn't) it is not known. Maybe the kissing-bandit did attempt it and Aranda prefers working for Coach O or maybe he was afraid the man would try to kiss him.
