How is that even relevant.

And no i don’t have season tickets but I donate to TAF. Does that not count?

the center of the sec actually makes sense...what's a better place for the league offices to be? Jackson, MS?

Damn to think those 4 teams want to keep rivalries going...that's just crazy. If we had a eastern rival I am sure we would have gotten them being we are one of the founding teams of the SEC. So what eastern div team should LSU get?

I think his point is you have no skin in the game. You didn’t pay the outrageous price for season tickets. Many people who did are going to have trouble getting in town for this game and even harder time off loading them on the secondary market

Well we’ve played Kentucky more times than auburn all time and soley because of taking away of the second permanent opponent we have just barely played Florida more. So I’d say they are our historical east rival. I’ll take them ok thanks!

You realize people are not driving the SEC offices, right? With that in mind, maybe Atlanta and their international airport maybe? Not quite centered enough?

Same.

They can keep them going if they'd like. they could all be in the same division if they'd like. That way BAMA can keep their TENN game and play AU and AU can play UGA. Or, they can schedule them every year as a non-conference game in those years when they don't naturally roll back onto the schedule organically. Let's not pretend this is the ONLY way they could keep these rivalries.

Or, and I'm just spitballing here...maybe their rivalries are not bigger than the rest of the SEC, and while important should not supersede the importance of having equitable scheduling for the remaining 10 teams.

None. In my opinion there ought not be permanent cross division opponents.

you would rather play Kentucky every year than Florida? I like playing Florida every year and it is good for recruiting

Big 12 and ACC are still power 5. Hell yeah I would rather be in one of those conferences and win more.

There is too much money being made by LSU in the SEC to ever justify leaving. So for that reason alone it will never happen.

well playing SEC tourney in Atlanta isn't fair for A&M and LSU fans. I personally would be in favor of rotating the SEC tourney to home fields like in the old days...or maybe a rotation of minor league parks.

I see nothing wrong with keeping 2 of the souths oldest rivalries going. I would hate to see those 4 all in the same conference. Other teams would get screwed. I want to play bama every year. I also like Auburn every year.

Bama you want to a week off by playing Tennessee ok LSU you play Florida

I believe the sec apologized to Kentucky about our basketball game while the sec office backed the devin white travesty

Officiating is terrible

I’m not saying we should leave but I wouldn’t mind setting up some meetings

Careful what you say or you will end up on the "Hillary list". Don't want to see you get suicided with 2 bullets in the back of the head.

I used to always say that the stupid always used to really show in our fan base when we weren't doing well, but now its quite obvious that there is just an extra healthy helping of stupid at all times in our fan base. Yes, lets leave the most lucrative, highest visibility conference in the country so that we have more night games and don't have to play on thanksgiving.

STUPID.

Get a life and quit saying stupid shite.

You know whats more enjoyable and better for recruiting playing for championships and playing in NY6 bowls.

It directly has cost us better bowls possible division championships and arguably a 2006 national championship (that game may have played out differently in Atlanta than it did in Gainesville).

The florida game puts us at a significant disadvantage compared to our biggest competitor in the West before a single team takes the field.

Why? Again, the vast majority of people would be flying, and Atlanta is far and away easier to fly into. Even so, in order to get the sEC offices out of Alabama, I'd be willing to plop them in South Carolina.

See...also a fine idea. Why then is it located in Alabama? As you said, it wasn't always.

Again...rivalries are great. But, are they more important than the conference itself? Years ago OU and Nebraska was a damn incredible rivalry. when they split the Big 12 into divisions, they split up ending that season finally rivalry for the good of the conference. If these four teams want to continue playing each other, there are ways in order to do that which DO NOT require the remaining 10 teams to have permanent rivals with cross division opponents. Not only has it set up games which are unequal, but it sets up a situation where some teams almost never face each other. There is no reason why if you stay for 5 years at a school you ought not have a chance to play in every SEC program at least once.

Georgia has been better than florida...is auburn crying?

It's not bamas fault Tennessee sucks and has for a while but they use to have great games against each other.

I would say let's pack our bags and take our offense to the Big 12 but why would anyone want to share a conference with Texas and the Longhorn Network.

At least the SEC sticks together with regards to revenue distribution.

The ACC would be more of a target but LSU is not like most of those schools but it would be a cakewalk to the playoffs every year.

First off that has been the case for only 2 years now.

Second: Why should I care about Auburn's stupidity and their traditions? If they are willing to sacrifice themselves play as OOC or move to the east (which they have traditionally wanted to do)
