I have never seen a Fanbase make more excuses for or take up for another coach more than their own coach. If them names would be vice versa in that story Good Lord

Probably, or someone pissed at paying Jimbo that much money. Either way it's a bit premature

A true rebuild would be taking over Arkansas or Ole Miss. A&M has recruited pretty well and has won some games in recent past.

So you haven't watched them play? They went from 82nd scoring D to 34th currently. Sumlin had them soft as frick. Their schedule this year has been brutal. Fisher clearly has this team going in the right direction.

Yes, I have watched them choke a couple of games. The schedule, outside of two games, has been very soft.

all the west teams are the same, so that’s a wash.

that leaves (in order of how good they are)
Clemson
Kentucky
UAB
So carolina
ULM
NW St.

vs
UGA
Florida
Miami
LaTech
Rice
Southeastern

Clemson > UGA
Kentucky beat Florida
UAB is at worst about equal to Miami
So Carolina better than La Tech
Rice may be worst team in FBS
who cares about the FCS schools?

The rebuild angle is dumb when it comes to Jimbo. He was an average coach without Winston. His last 20 ACC games he went 10-10. Go look at those schedules. He had top 5-10 recruiting classes in most of his time there. Talent wasn’t the issues. He’s just not that great of a coach.
