I should be put in maximum security prison if that is a criminal offense

I’ve seen people beaten and arrested for less during mardi gras messing with cops
Odell got star treatment

Simple Battery is a misdemeanor -- useless charge.
it was on the arse, so could be sexual battery. that might get OBJ halfway out the closet.

It’s ridiculous but he likes getting attention and giving away money, so here you go Odell...idiot.
His shite stain won’t go away.

By why only simple battery? Remember the marathon runner who slapped the reporter's butt and got hit with sexual battery. What is the distinction?
To me it is all blown out of proportion but at the same time I wouldn't slap a cop anywhere and I wouldn't slap someone's butt that I don't know.

Its not surprising to me at all that the people trying to excuse OBJ's actions and place all the blame elsewhere are all noticeably far left wingers any time they post something relating to politics. That's just their mindset. No responsibility for their actions.

Looks like the “victim” is laughing as well

This shakedown charge takes attention away too.

Dear God, I don't think I've EVER seen something so damn pathetic and cringey as this.
Security guard/cop is a complete douche.
This was a post-game locker room celebration after the team won the national title, and he inserted himself into the mix. "Doing his job, enforcing the rules"... blah blah. Pretty sure it's against the rules to break shite too. Where was he when O and/or Moffitt smashed chairs in the locker rooms?
There was nothing unusual in what LSU was doing, and I've NEVER seen security guards butting into locker room celebrations before.
As for OBJ; sure he went overboard. But let's keep this in perspective- he's a media superstar (played in NYC so that helped create the monster), he's an LSU alum, and in theory he's in the locker room (what SHOULD be a private place) among friends, and trying to share in the love. I saw the video of the arse-smacking, and it was a playful "come on, man, lighten up" smack. He, like any of the other guys in there, could have beaten the everliving frick out of Deputy Dog if he'd wanted to.
This little man just needs to go away; barring that he needs to be publicly mocked to the extreme. Maybe somebody can start selling t shirts with it.

Exactly right.

Y'all realize he's pressing charges so he can sue and get rich?
This is such a bullshite litigious world we live in.
This is spot on. This security guard is going to sue eventually saying that the viral video caused public humiliation. Unfortunately this is Louisiana at it's finest.

It’s sad what fame has done to him.
Posted on 1/16/20 at 11:25 am to LSU_Smash_the_West

What a pus say!
First male #me-too!

He might get some settlement money, but he’ll have to move to enjoy it. All of his family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers will be all

Poster boy for taking yourself and job way to serious!

Yep, obvious and not unexpected. I will have a problem if the police chief is doing a press conference later today like this is a real issue.

This. Drugs are being moved by the kilos on the streets & people getting murdered daily yet this is what they focus on?

Then lets stop placing blame on the security guard. This is all OBJ's fault. He could have avoided this simply by acting like a normal fricking person. You cant just go around fricking with people however you want then bitch about the way they choose to respond. You made the risk fricking with them, now put up with the consequences. This is exactly like a childhood bully situation except instead of beating OBJ's arse he's letting the law take care of the adult bully. No sympathy for OBJ and the only reason any of you nuthuggers in here have any is he played for LSU. Biased dipshits.
