OBJ's gayness can be construed as sexual assault as well.

Sure, but even if he did say he wanted to press charges, they don't have to do anything with that.

It's on the multiple other levels of people who let this shite continue to the level of arrest warrant.

I'd argue it should be reasonably expected to get arse slapped in that scenario.

please stop taking up for that PoS OBJ. i LOVED him at LSU but he was a cancer Monday night and put a huge blemish on a flawless night for LSU.

frick that guy. he needs to find somewhere else to loiter.

Trying to arrest players for smoking cigars now this good lord
Actually he warned them. He was doing his job. There is a no smoking indoors ordinance for the State of LA. You may have heard of it.

I don't understand you people that are taking up for what OBJ did.

No one is saying what he did was right or that he should've done it.

But pressing charges for it is absurd. One would think New Orleans has more pressing issues that should take up their time and resources as well.

He's not a cop.

He's a bitch with little man syndrome. The article called him a security guard.

Let’s have it. He’s obviously a big man who wants to become a public figure.

For spanking the security guard in a locker room celebration?

That Superdome police officer was a HUGE douche. Doesn't surprise me at all he would file charges. Pathetic

He told me he was going "do something" after I told him he's already checked our passes after asked two times in a five minute span. Apparently that was a smartass comment

then blame the ESPN reporter who 'tattled' on the guys smoking cigars in the lockeroom for sending him back there.

he was just doing his job.

Sexual Battery Charge against OBJ declined

I think that Mr. Security Guard wanted some of that money OBJ was handing out and still does.

Cop felt embarrassed and now they get an easy pay out from Odell.

exactly.

if i am a security guard in that situation i am understanding the context.

if that happened to me and i actually did have a problem with him then i am going to tell him not to do it again or i will escort him out/call higher authority.

he does it again and then i follow through on that, but that would be the end of it. no pressing charges.

however, if that was me i would not have an issue with it at all. probably laugh and tell him he should calm down in case others don't take it as lightly.

There have been a depressing number of people here the past few days who have no problem with the way OBJ acted and seem to celebrate it.

Being rich and famous doesn't give you the right to humiliate those you feel are beneath you, especially people just trying to do their job.
