And Ol baw will be 75% healthy, he will not be as mobile as he usually is. Accuracy is shite.

Me too. I’ll eat my crow. I am ecstatic to have been completely wrong about that group.

Arkansas' big physical QB is a cause for concern. LSU has traditionally had trouble defending such QBs, including the one playing for the pigs who beat LSU in Tiger Stadium 2021.

60% of bets on lsu covering spread at -2.5, so wrong.

as long as the team is focused and not still caught up in last weeks game.

“Today was not our best practice”

Sounds like we’re still living off fumes from last Saturday night…

Not a good sign.

Green is a lot less stocky than Jefferson was though. Built more similar to a basketball player. Plus KJ was listed at 260 this year for UCF lol

Yet this game is close 90 percent of the time. It’s always a slog and I think it will be this time too. Should we win? Yes. But it’ll be tougher than you think.

I thought Ole Miss was a let down game. Except for the heroics at the end, we really had a bad game, offensively.

After listening to a couple of analysts break it down, missing Daniels had a huge impact on our gameplan and how we played. OM has a good defense, so I give them a lot of credit too. However, we had guys in different spots, like Thomas running more downfield routes rather than his typical role and Sampson out there a lot when he really doesn’t seem to be ready to make an impact. Daniels plays more than even Lacy, is the best blocker, and does all the little things. He’s the glue. Having him back Saturday is huge.

Nussmeier is susceptible to this against any team. He made some remarkable throws last week, but he made some terrible decisions.

especially with our lack of a run game

The run game is functional when Durham is healthy. He’s definitely wasn’t 100% last Saturday.

Arky runs the ball well. They key for us on D will be gap assignment and tackling.

Especially at the second level - if Penn and Weeks hit their fits, we’re in good shape, assuming the inside guys don’t get blown off the ball. If the rotation we had last week and fresh bodies (incl some big boys in Dom and Shone), I think we’ll hold our own.

Contain will be paramount too. Absolutely cannot let him out of the pocket and leave the secondary exposed for extended plays.

Our sacks against ole miss came from scheme blitz's in 2nd half. Swinson man handle in the first. Other then that, dts had very little push for us. Hopefully they can continue to do their jobs in run game and hold lanes up, let others make plays.

We had 6 sacks my man.
