I just love Pearson's two strike approach at the plate. That's how it's done - nice, easy swing and put the ball in play.

Edwards was already warm because he got up 3 or 4 runs ago. Could pull him and have him still available for an inning or 2 game 2. Or just let him finish it and secure the win (can’t sweep the DH if you don’t win the 1st one) and save the other guys. I don’t think Jay has any problems running Herring or Cooper out there. And he really liked the 1st 3 innings of Money’s start Tuesday. I think he trusts him to give us 1 or maybe 2 today if necessary.
No matter what, helluva game by Ty Floyd.
And great fricking day from Jordan Thompson too.
