They weren’t grown either Jesus. That’s why so many of them come back from war with PTSD.
Really? Youre a fricking idiot.

He’s barely 19. Since when is that grown?
Since 18 year olds were fighting and dying for Arik’s freedom. So since forever.
If you can’t make a simple decision about playing a sport at 19, then maybe you need therapy.
My Dad had two kids by 19 and was putting himself thru college and working at night. Don’t give me that pussy shite people try to shove down our throats these days.

well, he has to get his grade point up enough so he's eligible...
The rumor is that he was around a 1.0, so I’m not sure how he’s going to transfer into UGA. Following NCAA rules I should say.

He has to be eligible at UGA and LSU.

One legit WR, no run game, and a mediocre OL. Our offense is going to struggle so badly this season.
You made four statements and four mistakes.

Dude's obviously a head case, or looking for suitcases of cash
Posted on 6/1/21 at 3:35 pm to ProjectP2294
I heard the reason he only ran 3 yard routes was b/c any deeper routes was too far from home
Posted on 6/1/21 at 3:36 pm to TigerLunatik
Should free up some cap space :P

He already got the cash, and probably from 3 different schools. Oh and he’s a head case that’s obviously been babied his whole life.

good for him, probably best for everyone involved.

No player is bigger than the program. His status the last 7 months has been a circus. I doubt he ever plays a down at UGA between his GPA and mental fragility.

So his mom forced him to have whatever issues he had and forced him to pick UGA after picking UF then flirting with coming back here?
frick no. Are y’all really this dense? frick it I’ll spell it out for y’all. Arik has preexisting mental issues that we weren’t made aware of by his family. When got here he started having problems because of them. That’s why he left. His mom is 100% insane, and blamed the staff and the school for what was going on. Gilbert has always wanted to be at LSU, his mother has done everything she can to make sure that won’t happen.

Kirby smart came in with that bag $$$.....up until yesterday we were in prime position with him. He’s a diva, I’m 1000% okay with losing this headcase. Our compliance department was bending over backwards for that entitled titty baby. Could’ve taken 6 hours worth of classes and been eligible for the fall. TigerBait

If true, he's quite the player. LOL

Dude they're true freshmen. Kayshon Boutte was the best true freshman receiver for LSU in recent memory and even he didn't do anything until the last 3 games of the season. Hell, 2 seasons ago we saw jamarr chase have the best true sophomore season of any WR ever, and even he was a non-factor as a freshman.
I absolutely love the WR class and think they will be a PROBLEM...but realistically you can't count on them to be difference makers this upcoming season
NO ONE should expect next year's group to match the production of 2019. But I think there is enough there, even without the true freshman, to provide enough production to allow other aspects to pull their weight (running game; defense) and give the true freshman WR class a chance come along as the season progresses
While neither were great defenses by any means, LSU had a bunch of very inexperienced guys (Johnson, Boutte, Moore, Taylor, Jenkins) putting up good numbers vs. Florida and Ole Miss. It's not out of the realm of possibility they could at least hold their own next season (now with more experience). Enough to win SEC games if the running game and defense are much improved (as we hope they will be).

Didn’t they sign the #2 te last year behind Gilbert? Maybe he will want to leave and come here now lol. What a complete joke this guy has been.
