If Orgeron and team want him back then IMO, One team, one heartbeat.
Orgeron said at his Press Conference, "we need help at Tight End".(Maybe he was crooten him back)
Arik would look good in New York holding the Heisman trophy.
Think of the positive press.
Orgeron takes in troubled kid and wins another National Championship.

I don't know why you are downvoted. Getting a 1.0 in a blow off major is disgraceful.

It is, but I know people who had a semester like that due to depression or a death in the family or something similar who went back later, ended up with a 3.5 and a graduate degree. Again, unless you all know exactly what happened with Arik, it might be best to hold out on the trashing party.

Hopefully if he comes back he puts all that behind him and focuses on being the best player and man he can be.

The rumor is he needs to focus on academics. If he can't get his GPA up he will never play for a major program again.

Also, it's pretty easy to get a 1.0 if you no show. Given Gilbert's departure, I'd be shocked if he attended classes all the way through the Fall semester

If he came back I assume that he would not have to sit out next year. If he didn't enroll at Florida this would not be a transfer back. Status quo as of last November. Is this correct?

When he left the team played better.
Heard he may have been a cancer.

He’s bounced around ever sense. Is he a great talent yes but he may be a distraction we don’t need.

Kid has loads of talent, but you have to ask yourself. Is he really worth all the drama?? Then he's got these demands and shite that I heard about, he should have gone to bama.

Life is about second chances. I have been one of the most critical posters here about Gilbert. But if he earns his way back on the team good for him, if not goodbye.

I've had a second chance in life on occasion. He's no different from me or anyone else. Give him a shot.

Let's see what kind of chest the young man has.

I typed this from my phone and sorry about not proof reading it. But congratulations on you new title.

But that is all you came to do was waist your time to let me know that I typed the wrong through. Good for you congratulations again on your new title.

Can you let me know next time I use a comma splice to.

I just gave you an easy one to correct. It sounds like 2.

Couldn't agree more, most of us had challenges going from home to college without being all American athletes. Lots going on at that stage in our lives.
