getting kicked off a team for a comparative (seemingly minor) offense

Dude, it was, AT LEAST, the 3rd or 4th time.

There's nothing minor about that!

Please explain. Oh you're from Tulane i see. Nevermind, no explanations necessary. You're just smarter than LSU fans, correct?

That involved major NCAA violations, he said comparative situations.

synthetic weed dude. Not even real weed. What could be more minor? Hell, real weed is practically legal in large chunks of the country right now.

Janoris Jenkins (Florida)

Isaiah Crowell (Georgia)

Bryce Brown (Tennessee)

So, I'm going with "No."

Ok i was only joking. I've got good friends that went to Tulane. But your response of Dumb Question was stupid and without any backup, detail, etc. Playground answer. You're better than that. I just know it.

If your reading comprehension was worth a damn, you'd realize the original question was

So the answer, like I said, is no.

It could have been chocolate milk. The point is he knew it was a rule, he knew the consequences of breaking the rule, and he broke the rule at least three times. If he's not dealt with, the players think they can do whatever they want and Miles loses the team. It had to be done.

I say the Tuscaloosa authorities and boosters got this handled.

I'd be willing to bet BRPD hasn't gone by the book on every occasion, when it comes to athletes.

To think LSU boosters dont have any "power" and step in from time to time is also pretty naive

If you are hell bent on comparing apples to apples, you need to point out high profile players that have failed 4 drug tests before.

Real or not, why the hell would you keep smoking it after you've been warned about it? I can't even feel sorry for him because he had 3 chances. Yeah it's sad to see him go but it's hard for me to feel sympathy for a guy that basically had the world in his hands and screwed it all up.

I am not defending TM7. I simply asked IS THERE A TEAM THAT KICKS HIGH PROFILE PLAYERS OFF THE TEAM. I received examples of players of either much lower profile or much greater offenses. I stick with Miles and LSU for doing what they had to do. I will miss the Honey Badger for his incredibly exciting play and the enthusiasm he brought to the LSU team. I cannot remember a more exciting defensive/ special teams player period. I wonder if that wasn't worth more consideration. But I am not privy to the whole story.

Surely there are COMPARATIVE examples of SIMILAR offensives of HIGH PROFILE PLAYERS on other college teams. My point, whether clear in the beginning or not, is that this is the most high profile player dismissed for the relatively minor offenses reportedly committed that i can recall. I am 55 and a lifelong LSU/ football fan. I don't recall a case of greater magnitude. Do you?

True enough. But some of us are just tired of these stupidass rules governing our lives and the lives of those around us. Just as there'd never be a ban on choc milk, there shouldn't be a ban on weed.

It may be more than weed too.
