Are there any Brian Flores Disciples ready to be a DC

Obviously, you want a guy who has called plays before, but we need a fiery up and comer who has done more with less.

Flores base is out of 3-4, but he plays multiple fronts and obviously is blitz, sim pressure, and cover 1- and 0-heavy, which lines up perfectly with Corey Raymond. That's the closest you're going to get to an Aranda-like scheme as well.

Are there any 4-man front guy out there who coaches like that? Shiel isn't leaving Texas Tech. We don't have the personnel for these 3-3-5 guys. Blake is leaving after this year, and we're going to need someone. Who's on the shortlist?
