My bad. Two years ago is correct. I’d be willing to bet though that it won’t happen again anytime soon.

And just three years after Les Miles’ epic loss to Moo U IN TIGER STADIUM! So what’s your fricking point?

Jimbo finished 2nd in the west in his 1st year with another coaches players

Why is this such a great thing now when back in 2007 Les Miles was bashed because he won a NC with a few players left over from Saban? IF you're gonna be honest, you have to say that Jimbo has proven nothing except that he can win with another coach's team. He sure wasn't doing that with his own team at FSU.

Oh yeah, the one five point loss to State. Miles was 11-1 against them including nine straight wins.

O lost to State by THIRTY points

That’s more points than LSU had lost to State by in the prior five losses combined

Exactly. And he went out at FSU like such a bitch.

The truth is simple and lies are complex.

Way to get to the truth is with simplicity. This would be the easiest way to compare them.

But I know by being on here that we have to perform surgery with the coach's career. We can include certain years but not others. I hope people see the lengths that they go through to make one guy look good.

I'm trying my best to figure out what point he's trying to make. How does he think that it's relevant? I imagine that every coach has an embarrassing loss or two that he wishes he had back. The only thing that damone is pointing out is how painfully stupid he is.

As demoralizing as a five point loss can possibly be. It was a total arse-whipping.

shite happens sometimes in a coach’s first season when taking over a program with some issues. Saban lost to UAB at LSU and ULM at Bama. And no, I’m not at all saying that Orgeron is another Saban so don’t even try it. But shite can happen in first seasons.

You would shite your pants and change your SN. C'mon man.

You're way too invested in hoping for failure to come back. I'll bet you're one of the most bookmarked people here

You don't have a large enough sample to draw from to make this statement. Not to mention anyone that thinks that LSU was ready to compete for titles when O took over is either fooling themselves, foolish or just an outright liar.

Excuses, excuses. Smart and Riley were in the cfp year one or two. O was hired because of continuity. The team never needed a rebuild, or he wouldn’t have gotten the job.

quote:

The team is just now getting the depth issues straightened out. The offensive line still needs work.

Next year U. You’ll always make excuses for O. Other coaches work around weaknesses. Ensminger called plays that forced them to hold the line longer. That’s on O for making him OC.

quote:

Canada debacle set the offense back. Looking back at 2018 all of you knew good and well that the pieces weren't in place

Whose fault is that for hiring him, then changing his mind Bc he couldn’t get along with him?

O had Better win hardware this year. No excuses.

Woodward won’t put up with that shite, and I’m thankful for it.

If O doesn’t win the SEC and/or make the cfp this year, he’s gone. And he should be.

I don't know who wouldn't want that.

I don't need an undefeated season, but we have to win the division or at least get a playoff spot this season.

I think most people by now understand that the binder plan was Kiffin. Once Kiffin got the HC job in Boca, Alleva mandated some other splash hire because that’s how he sold this deal to the BOS - CEO-type Orgeron with Aranda and Kiffin. It was Alleva that wanted Canada, not Orgeron.

You're just rehashing how retarded the entire process was been under Alleva. I'm so glad that imbecile is gone.

All will be forgiven if he just does what he promised to do. All other teams suffered losses and LSU has the most returning production if I'm not mistaken. All he has to do is get it done and he'll be untouchable.

LSU will be back in the elite class, everyone will be happy and you guys that call out the critics will get everything you ever wanted in life. It's all up to him.
