Friday: 1-5, RBI.
Saturday: 2-3, RBI.
Sunday: 3-4 with a double and 2 RBI.
His offense, coupled with some great plays in centerfield, makes me say yes.
Also hats off to bubbz, who called Fields having a breakout weekend.

I thought he did last weekend

Absolutely, finally has stepped it up, once Rhymes goes back to LF we'll have a REALLY sick lineup because we can DH Edward once he's back to healthy...in the meantime we could put Snikeris there (or hell, keep him at DH if he keeps raking).

Hell yes, he'll be what Trey Watkins never could become.

He can get to balls I just didn't think were catchable. There are no gaps in Alex Box!

Absolutely. His to lose now I would think.

I say yes on his defense alone, his production at the plate is just a bonus

BTW he is a great 2-hole hitter - could end up leading off (I honestly don't think JJ is a great leadoff guy).

Rick taught him everything he knows. EVERYTHING.

I meant outside of injuries. He wouldn't be out there if Edward and Rhymes weren't banged up from the UF series.
I think he still gets the call, Foster may be odd man out for now.

I agree. So I'm guessing rhymes will stay at DH bc foster is better in the field than rhymes

Well it's between him and Foster, so I'd say emphatically "yes"

I remember when I was called dumb on here for suggesting that he replace Dozar in the #2 spot in the lineup last weekend

The guy just brings a level of excitement to the games.
Hope he keeps up the enthusiasm he plays with.
