Guy keeps getting major CFB jobs and fans on an LSU message board don't think he is useful or talented. Lol

Looks like Aranda knows mostly people he worked with at LSU. Good luck to him, he may find out soon he doesn't want to be a HC.

Dave's replacement on the recruiting trail? Don't want to hit the road, hire a guy who knows all the back roads.

Adds toner to the copier when it runs low. Makes sure the fax machine works in December and February for signing day.

From what I understand, Austin Thomas' specialty at LSU was organizing camps, compiling the recruiting board (film, evals, scheduling visits etc)and managing relationships with HS coaches.

I just don’t get it. What does that skinny dweeb bring besides some organization? I feel like anyone with a brain and people skills could do his job.

If we're being honest, people skills aren't required.

Thats the popular opinion on the rant. Lots of useless, untalented people get recruited to work at CFB programs all over the country Im sure though.

Waco is a much better place to live than CS. He probably considers Aranda a friend, and he got a title bump and pay bump. Sounds like a pretty good deal for him to me.
