All the volunteer groups, outside food vendors, and concession workers were under chartwells at the time. LSU had final say in vendors, product, and pricing.

Chartwells is still on campus. They do all of the food in the new nutrition center. Aramark is only for the athletic venues I think. They should totes go back to Chartwells running the show then.
