Tort reform doesn’t “work” as long as insurance companies are required to pay for claims they insure.
There are sleazy folks representing PI clients who will never receive enough money on tithe one hand, and LABI and their insurance companies, who will never be satisfied as long as they have to pay. LABI is no less sleazy than the ambulance chasers. It was not always this way.
