Its a small point, but one worth making. The App State players get to stand in the sun ALL game. By the beginning of the game the LSU sideline will be in the shade, but the entire east side of the stadium will baking for hours after that.

Yeah and black helmets won't help the situation.

They really don't understand the kind of heat they're coming into for this game. How could you if you've never been here? It's "Jungle Hot". It WILL effect them. It will effect everyone there. You just won't notice the effect as much on LSU because well, they do it every day.

App fans: Helpful tip

Bring two changing of clothes including undies to the game. Change once befor you go into the stadium and change again befor you leave for anything beyond a 45 minute ride. Nothing is worse than walking around all day and sweating then sitting in soggy pants for 4 hours. this will keep you feeling fresh and dry. And we all like fresh and dry.

Why do we always have to get on the weather talk everytime we play someone not in the south? this is it in a nut shell. it will be hot, but LSU will win big because we are better. not matter what App St. fans think, we are faster than them too.

I think it's a valid topic. The fans ask about the food, festivities, etc. I think pointing out the weather is legit. As for the players, I tend to agree with you, probably not going to be one of the bigger factors compared to speed, size, depth, etc. But still, I think it's a valid point to be made.

I don't care. I'm getting tired of us giving you a heads up about something and you just dismissing it. Whether it's our D-line or the weather. Not necessarily you neers. I think we know more about our football team than any of you. One guy pulled up the # of tackles by RJF and Alexander from last year to make a point that our D-line wasn't going to be impressive this year. And now the weather. Neers, it WILL be hot. It will be unbearably hot. It will like you are in a sauna. I can walk outside in the afternoon to check my mail, wearing shorts, and when I get back inside I will have to wipe the sweat off. If you haven't been here, then you don't get it. It's different. Take my word for it and don't dismiss it.

When you live this far south, everything North of Jackson, MS is Yankee territory.

Your comment about being below the mason dixon line was a dismissal. If you didn't mean for it to be, then OK. But that's what it seemed like.

Please tell me that's a joke. LA seceded 3 months before NC did.
