Looks like you’re starting to see the picture that LSU might well indeed have a much much better resume.

You have to understand that ESPN has A LOT of power on who gets in. Even though Bama lost, ESPN will do anything they can to get them in. IF Utah losses to Oregon and Baylor beats OU, ESPN will be going crazy trying to get Bama in. It's all about ratings. ESPN would much rather two matchups of OSU vs. Bama and then Clemson vs. LSU.

No, Florida would get in before Bama.

Ohio state will have 4 top 25 wins and LSU 3. They are cheating for Ohio state. Our resume is better

Just like the coaches poll only 10 people switched their #1 vote from LSU to Ohio State.

In the AP last week the 1st place votes were

LSU 50
Ohio State 9
Clemson 3

This week the 1st place votes are

LSU 40
Ohio State 19
Clemson 3

LSU's decisive win over Texas A&M certainly helped but the AP and Coaches Poll voters emphatically said the committee is stupid.

Yes way. Common opponent W/L. I agree with you that ESPN loves Bama, but you can’t make a case for Bama when Florida is sitting there.

Not when Cinci loses to Memphis. Then LSU would have 4 Top 25 wins, 4 top 10 wins. Ohio state can go enjoy playing Clemson.

I like that the AP and Coaches Polls have pretty much told "The Committee" that they dont care what they think. Either or both polls could have opted to align with the CFP Poll but they didnt...

LSU is 1 in the AP and Coaches

That's 2/3 of the formula.

LSU would be #1 in the BCS.

Its not just 1 vs 2, points and first place votes matter.

Ohio State moved up points wise in both AP and Coaches. And gained one BCS computer.

There is a BCS projection twitter account, but it hasn't updated yet since all the BCS computers aren't out yet.

If cincy wins they jump back into the top 16. We would each have 4 top 25 wins and they would say the eye test wins for Ohio state

How is 4 top 25 wins better than 3 top 10 wins and 1 top 15 win?

Auburn proved they should be ahead of Bama. Their 3 losses were to top tier teams and they have a W over Oregon

Are you speculating about the BCS or did you find/make a calculation?

It was relatively close last week and Ohio State gained votes in both AP and Coaches and also picked up another computer(OSU now has 5 of 6 BCS computers):

ONLY because they bumped Penn State to #9 the week before to set up a "Top 10" win for Ohio State. It's all a sham.
