Anyway we can make students swipe some form of ID if they leave early?

If they leave a certain amount of games before it ends they lose tickets for next year? Something to keep them in the stadium because it's getting ridiculous. I'm sure it's not worth the cost to LSU to put that system into place but there has to be a way to punish students for being shitty students.

Who says the students are entitled to tickets? I'm not disagreeing with you but if students don't show up to games or leave at half why should they be included in the ticket pool next year?

I agree completely. You leave before Q4 more than once in a year, you need to not be able to renew tickets, or fall to bottom of priority. Make them swipe card out just like they do going in. I've watched it get worse and worse since I was a student. The SS sets the tone for the whole stadium, and that includes leaving early.
Not sure what being a public college has anything to do with it. Students pay for their tickets just like everyone else, they are just cheaper so they don't mind wasting them.

My cousin goes to South Carolina. She was lucky enough to get student tickets in the lottery as a freshman. You have to earn a certain number of points to keep your tickets. They don't set up the points table at the football games until 5 minutes left in the game. You don't get your points, you don't get your tickets the next year.

That's interesting. So basically we take their ticket going into the SS and scan them at the end of the 4th. People can leave whenever they want but they lose their PP.

They've already implemented a new priority rewards app that can check your location to see if you went to the game or not, then grants your points. If only they could use this to see when you leave the game as well.

It already can be. You get bonus points for showing up early (which I always forget to get while I'm there), they could still have you check in when theres like 5 minutes of game time left.

reading this whole argument, I can say that the quote above is as dumb as it gets. The argument is NOT to force fans to do something they don't want to, but to revoke future privileges if they conduct themselves like lamewad fans
