He didn’t quit. He moved on. LSU just isn’t good enough for him.

Sad isn’t it?

You can tell by those types of comments just who got dumped and rejected by women the most, Because that’s what’s happening here. Greedy is dumping LSU to move on to something bigger and better. He’s making the best choice for himself.

You can try to spin it how you want but the fact remains that he quit with one game left in the season. That makes him a quitter

No. Thorpe would have never left his team before business was finished!

I wonder if skipping the bowl game will hurt him. It wont hurt him in the draft but awards are different. Im sure they factor in things like morals and one could argue that abandoning your teammates in a bowl
Game is not award-worthy behavior

Would you have said the same thing if Bregman left the baseball team the moment he was selected with the 2nd overall pick?

Except he didn’t. He played THE SEASON. This bowl game is POST(after) season.

He actually got beat for a 19 yard touchdown with 1 second on the clock to put the game INTO overtime, so there's that

Some of y'all are ridiculous. Greedy is all but guaranteed to sign for 20+ million and some of yall think he should risk that for a meaningless bowl game smh

couldnt agree more... thats why i dont fault these guys for sitting out anymore, i use to when i was younger, but not now.... you cant just risk 20 million for one game... you just cant...

So it's part of the season, thanks for making that more clear for everyone

What part of Post (meaning after) Season (after season) are you too stupid to understand?

I think he probably wins it, but I can also see a path where they don’t want to give multiple awards to LSU players
I apologize because this will sound Nega, and I'm not negative.

But to paraphrase Uncle Ben (from Spider-man): with great power, comes great responsibility

Aranda is the highest paid DC in the game and considered a genius. He had the top linebacker (White), one of the top safeties (Delpit), and possibly the top corner (Greedy). He needs to step up his coaching game.
The Alabama loss is acceptable because they are an alltime juggernaut.
But LSU scored 31 pts in regulation at A&M, 19 pts at Florida. And lost both games. With a defense supposedly so full of talent and coached so well, that should have been enough points to win both games.

So no one can ever quit, because then they would still be quiting during a season. Yah know, the really big one called the off season. Right? Is that how this work?

LOL...yeah, it also makes him a multi-millionaire.

Some of you people are ridgodamndiculous. I read some of the insane shite on this board about his PI call vs A&M. LSU fans eat their own and then take the integrity high ground when a player decides to do what's best for himself and his family.
