Maybe a prized recruit put up the billboard and they will walk on the field and commit to LSU during the timeout. Using a timeout to take a commitment would be a first.

LSU's sports promotions department is beyond bad. They've come up with some of the lamest "campaigns", and I use the term loosely, that I have ever seen.

If you're going to put up a billboard in full public view, then atleast make it obvious enough for people to understand.
