'08 was post NC hang over. players had their rings and never improved after a few weeks. this team should not react that way. hopefully, they feel they have something to prove and the want to bring it home this year. i'm skeptical they have the experience to do that but they have the talent so we'll see.

It is important to actively work to overcome the natural tendency to fear that the team will collapse. We are on a different level right now. Watch them and enjoy the ride.

Florida won 2 SEC road games this year. I don't think they suck by any means. I think we will win, just might be under 10 points though

You do realize my grandmother could have QB'd last year's team to the BCS title game, right?

My grandmother could still lead this team and LSU beat everyone on their schedule with the exception of Alabama (which will require decent QB play to win).

Agreed, we averaged about 30 points a game.

Disregarding the OP and staying on the 2008 theme, I agree. Man watching the Saints first two games felt like that. We were in a shoot out every weekend in 2008 and couldn't get off field in 3 & long EVER. That's how Saints have looked first two games.
Hope they get it right and LSU never has another 2008 season.
