As a 70 year old long-time fan, I listened to Kiffin's interview and he brought tears to my eyes with his description of the LSU brand, the facilities, the stadium, the "feel", "Go Tigers!", the desire of players to follow him to here, the desire statewide for championships. We've got the right guy.

Agree. Sampling a few blades of grass at opposing team stadiums added to his legitimacy

Les put us in two championship games, winning one. He was not perfect, but to say he was not legitimate is just foolish.
Les also brought some of the best players in history through LSU.
He also had some of the best trick plays in college football.

Les was plenty of coach until the game passed him by.

So the answer is no.

Absolutely I do. The others, since Saban, have been serviceable. I am proud of each of them (except Kelley). We have a baller now!

Yes he did and iam grateful for that. But he also threw away the second championship. His whole demener was nobody tells me what to do. Whatever happened in the locker room at half time pissed him off. The entire second half, he just stood there with his arms crossed. There have been tid bits over the years but nothing concrete but I think herbert was benched. Players wanted to give Jarrett Lee a shot, and Les said iam the coach. Something like that but not 100 percent sure.

But he also tried the same game plan he used in the first game. And against saben, that shite doesn't work. The game just passed him by and he didn't know how to adjust. That's why I am fired up about lane. He knows how to adjust and should be a wild ride.
