Anyone believe CEH could be the first RB off of the board?

Considering the year he had, the versatility he’s shown, that he would push to possibly be the first RB chosen. He’s in a great situation because RB’s, in today’s NFL draft, are rarely taken early in the first round. LF and BS were generational talents and CEH’s style matches more of BS’s game. He has the opportunity to be drafted in the middle to late first round, which means he will go to a team that can challenge for the Super Bowl. He might just be the missing piece. He’s an every down back. His size is very similar to Emmitt Smith’s and from what I see, baring injury, he could easily have a great NFL career if Chosen by the right team.

Not a chance. Other thread had a quote that said third round for CEH.

That would be a no, not first off the board. But I wouldn’t be surprised to see someone pick him up in the 2nd round or top of the 3rd round. I do expect him to have fruitful NFL career, barring any injuries.

Taylor
Etienne
Swift
Dobbins

All go ahead of CEH. He's been great for LSU and this doesn't change that.

4th best RB at best. He is James White. Everyone knew he was a stud, but not an every down back in the NFL.

It’ll be Etienne, Swift, then you can start looking at teams to take CEH, but some will like the kid from Utah more or maybe even Jonathan Taylor more.

Dobbins might be the only one I’d pick over CEH. I don’t believe Etienne Will have as good of a career. Etienne benefitted from the ACC.

We’ve all seen those surprised picks that happen in the first round. His body of work this year warrants consideration by some teams. I believe he’s at worst a second round pick. I don’t believe he falls past the second round. I guess his combine performance will either help or hurt him because no one sees him as a super fast back but his on the field moves are better than any back in the draft.
