He might be accidentally referring to Washington fans when they went to BR.

Great change of pace. Not sweating my balls off at a September game was a nice touch. Had a good time in Seattle!

Does anyone else remember that Comic Book convention with all those freaks dressed like superheros and stuff? I'm used to and embrace LSU visiting fans being labeled as the psychos in town. Didn't like those people challenging our resolve.

Now, that track around the stadium and sticking us in the endzone was absolute bullshite. Felt like I was watching a game at a 4-H Auction Barn.

No No No... Seattle bars literally ran out of beer. They were not prepared for the "true" purple and gold storm.

not sure what he was talking about.

when we left the airport, the TSA guys at the airport said we drank the town dry.

No one complained.

Kells Irish Pub ran out of beer 2 days in a row & had to call in extra waiters as early as 10 am both mornings as there were lines of LSU fans waiting to get in. There were Tiger fans in Vancouver & all over Mt.Ranier. Every Tiger fan we talked to loved it out there. The only bitching was over those shitty endzones seats.

They had to fence off an area for LSU fans to tailgate in. Washington fans were pissed because they can't do that every weekend.

I remember MANY more than 3K. Hell, one of the best away games me and my buddies have attended. And the Washington folk were pretty damn friendly for the most part. I remember walking to the stadium and getting high fives from most of them since our colors were very close to theirs. It was pretty funny, they'd high five and then go, "hey, y'all are LSU fans..." Had a great time.

Actually when the school was approached about this, they didn’t know how to respond because this was the first such request. (You weren’t suppose to be drinking anywhere with an open container, except in this fenced in area that had the permit.) We got to the campus early like normal and it was a ghost town. We thought we went to the wrong campus at fist. Nothing like down here.
And agree. Could not go anywhere around town and not see a ton of LSU. Your friend must have slept through the day at school they taught estimating.

The only thing I was pissed about is our flight up there ran out of booze.

We rented a giant boat in the harbor and booze cruised. Probably 3/4ths of the boats in that harbor next to the stadium were LSU themed.

Well, I just moved my family up here. So, that adds another 5 permanent fans, and on the flight up here, there was a guy sporting an LSU hat on as well.

One other funny thing was the Washington fans that sat behind us. They were pissed because all of their buddies sold out that game to us! Kept giving us shite about SEC speed, etc. By the 4th qtr, they had enough and took off....and missed Jake the Snake almost bringing the Huskies back!

Dude, I dind't hear a single person bitch and LSU fans took over near Pike st market. I know a strong LSU contingent drank a bar near the stadium out of beer.

Had to be more than 3k of us there but I'm not sure. WA fans were dicks on game day though
