nothing at all wrong with the job Bill did, but it just didn’t “feel” right.
Bill is Baseball at the Box.
Borne is Saturday Night in Death Valley.
just seems weird when it’s not those voices in those particular venues.

Bill is a legend in his own right but he was far too upbeat and enthusiastic on the mic at Tiger Stadium.
Dan’s voice had a little bit of an intimidation factor especially when reading off the starting lineup right before the band walked out.

Dan not being there for basketball made the terrible season tolerable.

Probably my favorite play I've ever seen live. People try to describe the atmosphere in the stadium. But, unless you were there, it's hard to comprehend.

When Dan stepped down from his position at LCA, he was replaced by former Tiger Greg Bowser. I believe Greg recently retired…great guy, by the way.
