I'd rather not go inside... We have big tv, a couch/chairs, beer, smokes, and food.
It's really not that uncommon.

You really don't get out much you?

The only people that I know who choose to watch the game from the tailgate are doing so for two reasons:

- It's a shitty game.

- It's a good game and they don't have tickets.

I actually saw the writing on the wall after last season during the LSU baseball season. I remember walking up saying that LSU had hit its pinnacle and we are now on the downward trend as an atheltic school. It's hard to sustain that level but we were there for awhile.

There a few things that can make things better for us as fans. We competed at high levels in basketball. We could be turing the corner on this issue this year.

We expected to be in Omaha every year. Now we are lucky if we get to a Super Regional. I don't think this will change for a few years. The coaching is lacking there.

Women's Basketball was at a high level for a long time. It's been awhile since we have made it far.

These are all the little things that true LSU fans enjoy. (I'd even mention Gymnastics, dance team etc.) It makes it easier on us when we are at the top in other sports. This hasn't been done as of late.

I think this has been the cause for so much disgust with Miles. We know we have a team capable of winning it every year. It just seems the coaching is holding us back. Samn thing with baseball. Basketball may have been corrected. Women's Basketball may take time to build back up.

Perhaps we don't know the same people?
Perhaps I don't really enjoy sitting by some fat frick, or some super fain that insists on standing up the entire game.
Or some drunk a-hole puking or cussing like a sailor, singing STTDB during neck.
Or some kid more interested iin going to the concession stand ever 10 mins.

I've been to a ton of LSU games over last 2o plus yrs... Home and away.
It's not that big deal to me anymore.

Exactly , I ended up paying 300 bucks for tix to om game.
They were stadium club seats and well worth the money.

I told my wife days of being cramped up like a sardine are over.
I'd rather pay extra and sit there couple games a yr.

With the exception of (most of) the games in the first half of the 2011 season, the LSU offense for the past 5 years could suck the life out of even the most energetic fan

I have decided to enjoy the TCU game from the comfort of my den. Due to aging, I am not sure how many more years I will be able to do the home games. but when that time comes, I let my tickets go. It's a bitch getting old ... To you youngsters, enjoy the hell out of life while you can. Raise hell and have a good time.

Some of you sound like the biggest pussies sometimes. Seriously, Dallas is a fantastic city to go out with friends for food and fellowship, with a world class sportinf venue, and a top-10 match up to boot. Do I think I think Les needs to make some serious adjustments on offense? Absolutely, but to turn in my fan card after a 10-3, top-15 season is the most absurd bullshite I've witnessed in the history of fanhood. More often than not I tell my ole miss, Arkansas, Alabama, smu, etc frjends that y'all are the fricking worst. To the rest if the fanbase, hope to see y'all in jerryworld.

10 years ago LSU was 8-5 and getting run out of the the Cotton Bowl by Texas.

That's the feel you are missing?

What a fricking bunch of cry babies.
