Hopefully he will get Fournette 50 this Saturday.

Fournette could barely walk at the end of the game Saturday... and you want to give him 50 carries against a weak Mizzou team?

I'm quite sure he was joking. And I think I'd sit Leonard this week.

I didn't realize that. Jason Davis was awesome. They had another Jason around the same time that was really good too. Fatter, through. What was his last name?

QB Jason Martin

SEnsminger has been poked fun at on this board for years. Most people here do not realize his coaching history which deserves a bit more respect than he has been getting.

Not saying his is the answer going forward at OC but he isn't the water boy people here portray him to be.

Literally all he has to do is implement intermediate passing routes and we make first downs, open lanes for RBs, give our defense rest. We have good TE's and hungry young WRs. I anticipate more 3 WR sets. I don't think we automatically start throwing 200+ yards, but I do think we'll see sustained offensive drives.

I know he's a former player and long-time assistant… Do you guys have any detailed knowledge of his past stints with other teams and what his offensive philosophy might be?

Im not trying to throw shade, but if my memory is correct. I believe Ensminger and his brother many years ago in the 90's were both arrested for lewd behavior, one at the airport and the other at a BREC park.

Could be different Ensminger

He coached Jason Campbell at auburn as qb coach and passing game cord. Along with his stint at a&m, mcnese st, among others. He will be fine imo

Right, he was QB coach under Tuberville from 2003-2008, Jason Campbell made huge strides from '03 to their undefeated season in '04.

Steve was also part of the "BBQ Gang" under Tuberville and was named interim co-OC with Hugh Nall when Tubs canned Tony Franklin mid-season.
