Based on observations, a proper incentive based pay arrangement might be:
Base pay: approx 400,000

Plus 1,000 for each play called by CC used by the team;
And 25k deducted from Les for each of HIS calls used onfield

$100 per toss dive. $50 for each short side option. $100 per first down, $1,000 for each TD. He will be docked $500 for every pass play of over 15 yards (in the air).

thx, Sid.
Under my incentive plan, he makes approx. 1 million, if he is calling plays. He is incinted to do so wisely.
If his ball control offense works well he can make an additional 15k or more per game. If there are lots of three and out series, he loses money.
Les has strong incentives to stay out of the calls unless it's urgent or the call is especially wrong.

I'm sure he will be compensated commensurate on his experience.

So.. 750K to 1 mil.
