Any chance to obtain being ranked #4 if we run the table?

I don’t see how at two losses that we could move up the theee spots needed this late in the season, even with a win over UGA in the SECCG.

Winner of the SEC CG is in the playoff. Stop with this nonsense.

Dude if we run the table and beat #1 UGA in the SECCG, LSU is AT LEAST #4. No way the SEC championship doesn’t get in. Question is…does 2 SEC teams go to the CFP in that scenario??

TCU is a 7 pt underdog in Austin next weekend.
Ohio State plays at Michigan on 11/26.
There’s 2 spots

We are not undefeated in regulation.
The only way possible is if we win the SEC Championship. I don’t see the SEC conference champion being left out.

If ole miss loses to Bama, we can be in the sec championship with 3 losses and not make playoff. If we win out included championship we are in along with 1 loss Georgia

It's awkward if Tenn and everyone else win out

The only way we could miss the playoffs while winning the SEC would be if we lost one more regular season game while still getting to Atlanta.

It’s not though… the 1st round of the playoffs will be Ohio St/Michigan & the SEC CG. Winner is in, loser is out.
Then you can debate on the other 2 teams

Can still get in, but to make it easier I'd like to see
TCU losing
Ohio State destroying Michigan
Unlikely but would be nice:
Oregon losing
Tenn losing again

Consider this if we beat Georgia in a squeaker:
1. Michigan/Ohio St
2. TCU
3. Tenn
4. UGA
I don't think they'd put 2 loss US over UGA.

Even if we were to beat them?

I think hell freezes over before we have a 3 SEC finals, and Georgia isn't dropping past 4 unless we absolutely skunk them.
We need TCU, Tenn, or one of the B10 schools to drop one for us to be comfortable.

If we beat Georgia that would be 3 top 10 wins. We would make it to 4 and in the playoff.

Yes they will ,they aren’t going to look at our loss at start of year as strongly after we go 3-1 vs TOP 10 schools, win the SEC and beat an undefeated Georgia for the SEC title game. We will be in the playoff for sure if we win out

The SEC is the best conference in the country and it isn’t close. The sec champ will always be in the CFP…..ALWAYS.
