which is #2 in the nation.

In two games against South Carolina, she has a grand total of 3 attempts at the foul line.

Perfect example of what nobody in the media will accept...this was a one-sided fist fight and Carolina was allowed to do whatever they wanted in both games with no repercussions until it was so blatent with the fight that the refs had no choice.

It makes sense she would get less trips to the charity stripe, but not that egregious.

Did anyone else notice when Angel left in the 2nd with 2 fouls, Del Rosario dominated Cardoso? She had no answer for someone who was within 2 inches of her 6 foot 7 height. Del Rosario drew 2 fouls on her in 3 minutes and sent her to the bench.

So Cardosa fouls Del Rosario, but not Reese.

How does that make sense? The refs flat out refused to call fouls when Reese was shooting under the goal. The neutral commentators said so as much on two occasions, “they got away with a foul on Reese”.

The white guy ref is especially horrible. Everytime Reese was hacked under the basket, there he was 3 feet away looking right at it.

Honestly, the last several games the LSU girls have played have been frustrating to watch because they aren't calling fouls in the paint for us anymore. I don't know if they're not calling them in other games too, but if that's the way it is frow now on, this tourney is going to suck to watch. It seems like the refs were given a specific order when it comes to LSU.

Im not a conspiracy nutter or the “refs are after my team” type of fan, normally.

BUT…………It seems like every year right around the start of the Tournament some type of BS story is thrown on the wall about CKM or some-one/thing associated with the team just to see if anything “Sticks”.

Could this be a scenario where the Refs see Reese constantly "begging" for the call (deserved or not)? I gotta think as a ref, if I see a kid constantly looking for the call, in marginal situations, i'm likely to hold my whistle.

If LSU was playing Vanderbilt, sure.

When LSU is playing South Carolina with a 6'7 Amazon post player elbowing, pushing, and shoving Angel every time down the floor it is not. The refs showed up to the game with the mindset of "we will call no fouls when Angel has the ball."

I’ve noticed this throughout the season that generally the women refs are much much better than the men refs. Probably because they’re not good enough to officiate the mens game.

She set an SEC record for free throws made and attempted last year too.

Good news is that LSU should not have a corrupt SEC crew at any point in the NCAA tournament.

I would like to see these two teams play with neutral officials.

8 free throw attempts and 3 trip to the line (6 free throw attemps) is only 25% off. I don't get it.

She shot 3 free throws going 2-3 at the line in the games combined. So she only had 19% of the free throw attempts based on her per game average (3/16). She only had 5 games where she attempted 2 or less free throws and 2 of them were against SC.
