Well we hired an unemployed DL coach shortly after he was given a break by Lesticles once no heavy hitters wanted the job.

This is just not really how it went down.

We really tried for one guy after 2016 and Alleva pissed his panties when he said no because Texas offered more money and he ran to Orgeron.

That is not "no heavy hitters wanting the job", that is our AD being an absolute disaster. Jimbo was all-in in 2015 before politics ended it because of optics.

Andy C would be a best-case scenario.

We’d be respectable again and would be heading back to Omaha sooner than later.

That hire would not go well considering what’s going on within the athletic program.

Does no one remember the problem we had with Les Miles and the Athletic Department's failures to properly handle sexual assault complaints?
And some want to hire someone who has a history of this behavior?
Yeah. That's a BAD idea.

Well, Orgeron is a babbling incompetent X and O coach but as everybody says, he can recruit.
Big time jury out on his recent hires. Not like we took in well established and experienced OC and DC hires this recent go round.

best case scenario is not a guy so uninterested in his job that he is texting whores during a game.

Bruh, you don’t think he’s learned to conceal his misdeeds a lot better since then?

Bro, you could suggest Kevin Cash from the Tampa D Rays or Tim C from Vandy and people here are going to bitch ...
personally, I'd hire LSU Eunice's baseball coach before I'd hire
Tulanes ex coach ! especially in lite of LSU'S recent sexual allegations ??

How do we even get people naming him. He failed as a hc at Mississippi state. Players were revolting. He wasn’t paying attention to actually coaching. New coach after him said the fundamentals were bad.
I’m sorry he totally blew it and should not get back to college coaching at a top program. Let him rebuild his career at somewhere other then high school. Baseball games last 3 hours. Practices even shorter. If he can’t stop himself from texting while doing these things his side piece to the point he has no idea what is going on then he has a lot of rehabilitation to do. His record was worse then the coach who preceded and followed.

You can’t text your side piece during games and then lie to your AD when asked about it. Especially when you are using a school phone when doing so and all texts can be looked at and analyzed.

What if one of those teams hired a disgraced former coach that has never had sustained D1 success and is now coaching a high school to be their new head coach?

If that coach is the best fit to continue the program's success then the Dukes/KUs/UKs and Bamas of the world would not care!

Bless your heart.
